Every job listed above was self-performed by Crown's own crews. Between them they cover most of what a commercial property in Charlotte needs from its pavement:

• New asphalt and concrete. The Avid Hotel on Old Dowd Road was a full build: new asphalt parking lot in two specifications, plus the sidewalk, curb and gutter and dumpster pad as new concrete installation, and five ramps built for ADA compliance.
• Resurfacing. At Advance Auto Parts, Crown put a new wearing course over pavement that was still sound underneath, which is what asphalt resurfacing is for, then laid the striping out fresh on the new surface.
• Seal coating and crack filling. At Rooms To Go, cracks were cleaned and filled before any sealer went down, the order that makes seal coating and crack filling last.
• Striping and traffic control. At the Amazon distribution center, Crown set wheel stops and marked the truck court, dock apron and fire lanes, the yard side of line striping and pavement markings.
• Decorative pavement. The crossing at Walmart on Wilkinson Boulevard is stamped asphalt, one of the two systems Crown installs as decorative pavement.
