What Crown Paving Takes On
Crown Paving self-performs the whole scope, from the stone base under a brand new lot to the last bollard set in it. Most of the jobs above combine several of these, which is the point: one contractor, one schedule, one number to call.
Types of Projects We Take On
- New parking lots and private roads, built from the stone base up through grading, concrete, paving and final striping
- Mill and overlay resurfacing for lots and roadways whose surface is worn out but whose base is still sound
- Asphalt patching for potholes, alligator cracking, depressions and failed drive lanes
- Seal coating and crack filling on a maintenance cycle, before small cracks become structural
- Concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, dumpster pads and loading docks, poured to spec and elevation
- Concrete repairs to trip hazards, spalled slabs, failed joints and damaged curb
- Line striping, fire lanes and pavement markings, including full layout redesigns
- ADA parking, ramps and accessible routes brought up to current standard
- Catch basin, drain inlet and drainage repair, including sinkholes and ponding water
- Stamped concrete and stamped asphalt for crosswalks, entrances and hardscape features
- Signage, bollards, wheel stops and speed bumps to finish the site
How Crown Runs the Work
- Materials meet the relevant DOT specifications at a minimum, on every job, not only the specified ones
- Subgrade is inspected and the base proof rolled before anything is paved over it, so soft spots are found while they are still cheap
- We will contract a third-party testing agency, or work alongside one you have already appointed
- Work is phased so a portion of your site stays open throughout, with night and weekend scheduling where phasing alone is not enough
- A named project manager stays with the job from the estimate through the final walkthrough
