A multi-tenant centre has to be resurfaced in a way that keeps every unit trading. Tenants share one lot but not one schedule, and an anchor, a restaurant and a service unit each have different hours and different delivery windows, so the work is phased around them rather than run straight through.

Crown Paving resurfaced the lot and laid out the striping afterwards. Resurfacing places a new wearing course over the existing pavement, restoring and sealing the surface without the cost, spoil and disruption of taking the property back to base.

The aerial photograph is the view that matters on a site this size. Individual bays can look correct from the ground while the layout as a whole has drifted, and a lot is far easier to judge honestly from above than from inside it.
