Private Street Resurfacing, Sunrock, Durham NC

Resurfacing a street people live on is paved to the same specification as a commercial lot, under a harder constraint: everyone on it needs to get in and out while the work is happening.

Crown Paving sequenced this one so residents always had a route, and finished each section before moving to the next rather than opening up the whole run at once.

This is the first published Crown project in Durham, which is served from the Triangle office at 10305 Chapel Hill Road in Morrisville.
